I.
Lunge Back & Back Row
Resisted Side Steps
Squat & Explosive Jumping Jack
II.
4 push ups + 4 mountain climbers
Side Lunges
Sideways Burpees
III.
Walking Lunges & Running Backwards
Biceps Curls & Shoulder Press
Overhead Triceps Extensions
Repeat each section 2x.
